100mL filtration on the Wort environment or 1 mL inclusion on WLN
25°C incubation during 5 days
2.AEROBIC BACTERIAS

Incubation at 25°C during 5 days
3.ANAEROBIC BACTERIAS (lactic)
Filtration of 100mL on MRS or 1 mL inclusion on WLD
Anaerobic 30°C incubation (in a jar using a gaspack bag)during 5 days

1ml by inclusion on WLN
5 days incubation at 37°C
